I was in depression from last 3 year. Every medicine had been taken by me but i could not overcome from that situation. Suddenly i have seen a video of Amogh leela das prabhu on bhagwat gita . And started chanting hare krishna mantra. It is very powerful. From last 6 days i have completely overcome from depression and reduced smoking almost automatically. Now how can i thank him for giving me bhakti of krishna and bhagvatgita i dont know. Hare krishna Keep me all life in your feet. Now i m so lucky and blissful.

Earlier I didn't like this ISCKON. Those guys on dhoti, bald Heads. But when I fell under depression recently, some how KZbin's suggestions videos got me to ISCKON hare Krishna songs. The I went ahead to see who is Srila Prabhupada. I was so wrong these days. It really helped me to come out of my depression and anxiety. I loved the way he talks. His biography so spirituality in him. I felt like I missed so much of this wisdom on god. Hare Krishna. Will try to visit the ISCKON temple regularly. 🙏

PLEASE dive in to the nectar, and be happy in a sublime life of bliss and knowledge. Prabhupada comes in such a magnificent line of acaryas. His guru Mahārāja wanted a "temple in everyone's heart". Of course the temples worldwide of Iskcon are glorious, so one should visit, and that is wonderful.

He used the term "Rape" because even looking with sexual intention towards a man who is not her Husband is considered cheating and it's obvious that woman is not chaste. Srila Prapbhupada follows the Advait-Dvait concept of God Consciousness, with Bhakti as the spiritual path. I understand the growth on the path of consciousness in real sense has to be irreversible and for that there should not be any imposition and only one way... There might be different styles (positive or satvik) given the complex nature of the human being. All should be accommodated. I am not sure what does the please the God means? I think this could be misunderstood, should not we do the karma in right sense... Rest will start falling into place as the journey will 'begin'...

Prahbupada bring bhakti-yoga to western civilization, but from my point of view, it was not that happy thing like it try to show us all to be. Problem is that many people cannot recognize the knowing from ideology. Bhakti is not ideology, its way of life, but its way of life, thats not focus to much on logical and racional aspects of the mind. so many people in confusion mistaken bhakt for some kind of religion... But prahbupada dont do much to properly explain that. In some sense he was from my poit of view a little bit fanatical
