We will show you how simple it is to layer vinyl.
The main problem clients have is the top layer not aligning evenly onto the bottom layer. That is mainly due to the vinyl "Flexing" when the heat press is locked with pressure causing the vinyl to flex slightly but enough to change it's size. To avoid this , we press the bottom layer on without pressure lock just enough hand pressure to remove the plastic on top until we get all layers on then we press , lock , and give it the correct amount of time required. In this case it is 25-30 seconds at 335°-350°
