Helpers are the #1 priority at our franchise, customers come 2nd. Drivers are responsible for driving, loading and stacking the truck, all while your partner sits around and plays on his phone, keeping you updated on what's left for you to load. Drivers are also responsible for picking up and dropping off their partners and running them around for whatever errands they need to run. If a piece of furniture is too heavy for a driver to move alone, he may have to subcontract a homeless person or passerby to come in and assist. For the best moving experience, always request two drivers so you'll have two guys working instead of just one - a way better deal then having a helper just standing around while only one person works.

That's Childish, Two men is a respectable company I work for them out in Kansas City, your going to hire employees who are not what you are as a company which is why you weed them out. What did they do that was so bad?
