Miso has High Carbs this is not low in sugar . Sarah I would like to know how you are counting your sugar grams , because last I looked sugar is a carb ? If your telling people you quit sugar you "haven't" not eating these foods !!

It's labelled as "2 minutes" but there's a bunch of prep for most of these ingredients and they're mostly on the expensive side :/
