Really enjoying your vlogs! We also spent 2 months in the Kruger in 2022. Absolutely loved it. We have been to the KNP many times but that had been our longest trip thus far. Now we are enjoying the KNP vicariously through you 😁

Thanks for the awesome footage. I'll be spending my 50th birthday in KNP. I've booked 3 nights at Letaba & 3 nights at Olifants, starting this week Thursday. I was going to do it solo, but my husband & daughter have convinced me they'll behave if they come along.😂 I normally do the south of the park, haven't been central for about 25 years. So looking forward to my birthday break.

Thanks Kev and Donna, (hope you dont mind me shortening your name Kevin). If i may suggest, if you have access to a GoPro kit with accessories, mount one on the top front of your truck or even side mirrors to catch a glimpse of driving overlander on offroads specially....

Try getting one of those small mics for your wife She speaks so softly it's hard to pick up even with headphones and when I increase the volume to hear her my ears get blasted when you start talking again 😂😂🙏 and I have to reduce again

Will do, and she needs to raise her voice 😂🙌. She is capable of that too 😂😂

WOW yr bread looked amazing can we please have the recipe?(biltong one)
@thebuffalooverlander3 ай бұрын
It’s quite a simple one…. I use 500g of self raising flour, chop up whatever…. Cheese, chilli’s, green pepper, onion and mix in a beer and put in the pot. You could easily add biltong 👏👏

Please also explain the Fire lighting technique at the very end of the video, i see you got a gas mechanism going on there....🙂
@thebuffalooverlander5 ай бұрын
Yes, it’s a pipe attached to an aluminum rod with holes in it and attached to a gas cylinder. You place the rod under the wood and turn the gas on and light it and it saves on firefighters and gets the fire going 🙌

In Kruger the main camps have coin operated washing machines 👏🙌
