been using logics basic stock exciter. this arturia one would help for minor tuning a lot more.. wonder if they sell it separately.

Depends what you’re doing but Phat FX on a bus with the band pass filter can get you a long way. This is just nicely ergonomic and stereo width option (to me at least) very useful as I’ve often a chain of 5 plugins to achieve that effect.

@@Unders would be using it mostly for masters, and the odd sound file that needs more lift..

Might be ok with lin phase EQ. never tried on master. I’d rather use something like this, save an undefined amount of time.

@@Unders arturias exciter is a nice bit of kit, more i look into it.. i see its available separately.. thing i like about plugin companies.. caue whole packages, sometimes a creator might not want to use most, and just a selection, though it may cost a bit more, but then if theyre selling their work after finalising everything, return income seems worth the price.

@@DrVimto there’s many times I’ve bought a single tool. Fabfilter is a prime example I own three out of their set only. And I bought all 3 at separate times. I’m in the strange position now having worked with IK, Waves, Arturia, NI etc I’ve ended up with bundles which I end up just upgrading 😂
