What skill level are the quilts? I am a beginner and would like to make both of those.

I don't think either of them are particularly difficult. I wouldn't do it as your first quilt but if you have made one and feel confident enough to try flying geese (for the Willa) and smaller pieces (1 1/2" squares) for the Avery, then I'd try them out.
