I think that poem is special. It shows that many who have much are not as happy as those who have little. Great poem, Mr Kent. You’ve spoken about exercise a few times now, and watching you pump those pedals as hard as you can for a half mile at your age is quite impressive. This has told me that it’s about time I get off of my good intentions and start exercising myself. Well, Mr Kent, I hope you have a great day and I’ll see you on the next one.

Thank you for your kind words. I guess that's why I am putting all this exercise stuff up. Hopefully it will be helpful to others, like yourself. I have been this "crazy" about exercise all of my life. Thanks again for your comment and I'll have another video up in a day or so, about an old friend of mine. God bless you.

Hi Mr Kent. You’re always fun to listen to. I sure could use some extra energy. I work 4-12am Monday thru Friday. The 16th of this month with mark 9 years. Your doing pretty good friend I hope at 82 I can still walk let alone ride bike but only time will tell?

Thank you for watching and taking time to comment Abel. That is a tough work schedule. I guess by now you are "kind of" used to it. There was aa time that I worked 5:00 AM to noon (at the radio station). It's kind like working on the other side of the clock. I'm hoping that you will be in good shape at 82. But, as you know, you need to be working on it today :) Thanks again and God bless you.

Good Morning Mr. Kent! Another Excellent Adventurous morning e-trike ride with you, Mr. Kent! What a wonderful poem and wakeup call for the youth and age. I replaced my two back tires with Kenda 20x2.4. They were hard to find, but it is good to know that 20x3 that you have will work also. BTW, I leave the rear wheels on the Lectric XP trike and just lean it on @ 45-degree angle to change. Do not make more work than you need. Hope you used the Flat-Out Sealant and a tire liner to start with this time. I want to share with you, Mr. Kent, and your viewers, a secret besides our daily exercises, which I found in my many scientific magazines dealing with ageing. The secret ingredient can be found in most grocery stores. It is used by Mediterranean people. On myself, it has improved the accumulative results of any other ‘ageing’ medication I need. Take two tablespoons of ‘EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL’ in the mornings and two in the evening. Not just any olive oil, but extra virgin olive oil. I have often wondered about that Tree of Life in Genesis 3:22. So be aware and God Bless You, Mr. Kent!

Thank you for taking time to comment Peter, and your extra input. Yes, my wife know about the extra virgin olive oil. But we haven't tried it. . . might do that. Also, when I worked on my tires I just laid the trike on its side, being careful for my mirror and camera mount. Yes I kept the Flat Out innertubes. Didn't need to change them. Today I took the right side wheel off to check the bearing. It came off easily (tire wasn't too large for the fender :)) I appreciate your kind words and extra input. God bless you also Peter.

Mr. Kent, when are you going to mount a 10 meter mobile and antenna on that fancy bike? That would be too cool!
@user-sr8pn9xg8z22 күн бұрын
I might have tried that 30 years ago but am now fresh out of antennas and "energy" :) Thanks for watching and taking time to comment Mickie and God bless you.

Your exercise will make you stronger, help your breathing, and help keep you around, so we can benefit from your stories. And neighborhood dogs get their barking exercise.

Thank you for the video sir. And thank you for the poem also. Reflecting back isn't always good and isn't always bad. It's just more productive mentally not to. Looking forward I see many new things on the horizon. :) Jesus is the Son of God.
