I have a theory. I dont think EA are making anything new recently. I think all the objects they're releasing in kits or in packs now are rejected items from other packs they've done. I think they must jazz them up a bit by adding maybe a new swatch but they're all just rejected items from other packs that they're releasing as new content and pocketing the cash. That's why it's mostly always packs they've already done with different names or it's the same objects with new swatches and it's not actually anything truly new that we've never had before in the Sims 4 that actually makes it worth buying.

Inzoi, paralives, life by you, and viva land are your options. Either sims will fold, or they'll actually try to step up once the competition gets here. I feel like sims 5 (project rene) might be their attempt to answer the competitors, but honestly I'm expecting that to flop so hard because they miss the point of why people wanted to make their own life sims. My big hope is in inzoi and paralives. I have a little for life by you and vivaland. I think for all of them it depends on their modding support.

I haven't paid for a pack since werewolves. I decided to wait until HSY was fixed before I bought it and am still waiting for that, but watching every flop since (I'm looking at you For Rent corruptions) has just confirmed what I've been thinking for a while now. EA doesn't get any more of my money until they fix their game. I'll still download their freebies, (side note: anybody else notice they're putting a LOT of packs on sale for free recently? It's very telling, to say the least.) but nothing is being bought. Gotta start saving up to afford all their competitors when they launch.

Builders for their landscapes. There is a modder who specializes in rocks and has climbing like mountain sections you can put in worlds besides mount Komerabi to go rock climbing. Good for building proper national parks. Buuuuuut these rocks just seem like lame decor. Not needed…even in rocks a modder has already done it better.

That Max20 backyard cc set is great. I also have Sixams backyard cc kits (I think there are 2) Peacemaker, HeyHarrie and Felixandre all have better cc. Another creator Simmiller has alot of recolors for game items such as curtains, doors, tile floors that match tile walls and vice versa, that electronic garbage can which only came with 1 swatch (!?) ...she does alot of BG. As for a cafe, Pierisim has a Cold Brew cc set that's awesome. These kits look blaaahhhh so far. Thanks for video😁✌🏻

My biggest pet peeve w recent sims content, if it's not releasing the same shirt or hairstyle for the tenth time it's furniture that's functionally and stylistically identical. Where's our medieval stuff lol. Our goth furniture? Why can't we have goofy stuff like the Katy Perry candy themed pack

LOL!! And for all that, for all the pool stuff they've come up with over and over again, somehow a waterslide or traditional is still nowhere to be found, LOL!! This is just one of the MANY reasons why I don't care about Sims 4 anymore. And I've been playing since Sims 1. Inzoi is what I'm hyped for. ☺
