The biggest Mall in East and Central Africa,Kenya's leading others follows,etc (Tanzania).
@kizomanizo4 жыл бұрын
In Tanzania, we are not headed in that direction, we started adopting the trend in the last regime and got quite into it but on current regime the focus has moved to public infrastructure and we are all in. For starters, we are deploying a modern electric SGR train all the way to Rwanda (Kenya runs on diesel locomotives), we now have longer paved road network than any country in east and central Africa(hard to believe but that's it). Can't wait till we embark on building and real estate economy again. I don't have the time to rant about the bus rapid transit in Dar, google can assist on that...
@rodneyagesa18514 жыл бұрын
@@kizomanizo I really hate it when Tanzanians come up with fake statistics. Your electric SGR you have taken 3 years to do an incomplete 400 kilometers while Kenya took 4 years to do 700km of a complete working SGR. Tanzania has 9700km of paved roads, Kenya has 17,000km and is ranked as the country with the 7th best road network in Africa & number 61 in the world who knows where Tanzania is on that list but certainly not top 10.
@kizomanizo4 жыл бұрын
@@rodneyagesa1851 ‘Hate’ is simply terrible choice of word right there bro. Call them fake statistics but if I were you, I’d take the numbers from a Tanzania rather than a fancy CIA factbook. Bro, a trip from lake Tanganyika in Kigoma to Rusumo the Rwandese border is about 600+ km, navigate from there to Bukoba then Mwanza via Geita, you’ll hit another 1000 km in a blink, From Mwanza you can head to Musoma bordering Kisumu(260km) but right before there you can take a right turn along the Serengeti border to Bariadi and Shinyanga you’ll hit 500km fast. Shinyanga to Dar without detours is another 1000km ish, Dar to Songea with a detour to Mtwara along Mozambique border is about another 1000+km. Well, I havent talked abour Songea to Njombe then Mbeya then Sumbawanga then Mpanda to Uvinza then Tabora to Singida then Babati and land in Arusha before embarking on a shor trip to Kilimanjaro, that’s 3000km+ The point is, I can name you a few trips in trunk roads, not regional that are well over 10,000km. Calling it fake doesn’t make it fake. Take a trip from Nairobi to Arusha via Kitengela and Namanga. I suggest nightly hours then tell me what road’s cool. I’ve been there done that. Kudos on Thika highway anyway, we are doing the same on the main entry to Dat from Kibaha, we’ll soon talk about this. Hey, BTW: Do you guys still call our Covid-19 stats fake and made-up? I’m about to go out for a partying night as we did in 2019. That’s Tanzania for you!
@rodneyagesa18514 жыл бұрын
@@kizomanizo more fake statistics, in Tanzania if you even attempt to photo graph a bad road you will be arrested. Last time I checked it was a criminal offense to be sick with covid-19 in Tanzania or are you just dying of tatizo la kupumua?
@kizomanizo4 жыл бұрын
@@rodneyagesa1851 there’s BS and there’s this, this is way more shit**er. You may disagree with our stats, disbelieving your eyes is almost offensive. We observed every precaution, we beat it. If we died at the rate you wished this very country would have turned into a void.

One of the most difficult malls to vlog or even simply take a photo in. Security here is dangerously hostile. I took a photo in front on a shop and they forced me to delete it. Sad, but most malls in Nairobi are like this.
