They are singing in Japanese. And let me tell you, in these there are two different Japanese anime references. One at the beginning of the song where RM says the name Kang Baek Ho. He is the Korean version of majn character of the Japanese anime Slam Dunk. And the V's expression Nico Nico Ni is also the catchphrase of one of the characters of another manga which I don't know. I found that the phrase doesn't have any special meaning but the character says this line whenever it gets excited or happy. 😂

This is such an iconic performance! The energy is CRAAZYY! V‘s growls and JK’s bridge 🔥🔥 How Jimin lost it after V‘s “Nico Nico Nii“ 😆 He couldn't even sing his verse later. He laughed so hard.

They still go crazy like this on stage, at least from the last series of concerts they had. You can watch their performance of Home, Airplane pt 2 and Baepsae or Go go in the PTD in seoul concert just when the pandemic started to ease. They were hilarious. Actually the encore performances of the PTD in Seoul were chaotic because they were trying to make up for the audience restrictions, the fans were not allowed to shout so they made up for it with their hilarity on stage.

That's the thing with BTS concerts you'll get them messing about and having fun you'll have the over the top dance breaks, the quite songs a solo maybe you'll get the Rappers going insane it's a real mix they are stage commanders.

BTS do not need to drink something to just have fun. If you have seen their Bangtan Subs and BTS Bombs, you will know that they are really goofy. I think you were able to watch a compilation of them being themselves at award shows before. If not, I hope you'll get to watch that and you will know. They just broke the norms in Kpop in so many levels. I like it. Oh... I think there's also a compilation of when BTS are drunk. Hehehe! I think you watched that video before, too. Glad that you enjoyed the performance. It's actually one of my faves.
