Thanks for checking out IVE, they are one of my favorite 4th gen girl groups right now, they’re really popular in Korea right now too. Like EXTREMELY! I’d say for the new gen girl groups, New Jeans and IVE are really popular these days globally and in Korea especially. IVE is a six-member girl group under Starship Entertainment. They debuted on December 1, 2021, with their “chart-topping single” mv/album "ELEVEN" which really had a huge impact on their debuting career. “The group's debut was highly-anticipated as two of the members-Yujin and Wonyoung-were already well-known for being former members of IZ*ONE.” I was telling you guys before, on the other video for Le Sserafim, that there was a project girl group called IZONE that disbanded but some of the members from IZONE debuted in new groups. So, in Le Sserafim, Chaewon and Sakura were in IZONE along with Yujin and Wonyoung of this group, IVE. So, now you know 4 members from a girl group that once was lol. Firstly, their group name is pronounced (I’VE like I have but conjugated) in which their fandom name is DIVE. The group even explained how “IVE” stands for the English words “I HAVE” meaning that the members are ready to dazzle fans with everything they have! Their fandom name is DIVE and their usual saying or phrase is “DIVE into IVE… which basically refers to their fandom diving into what their group has to offer. I hope that makes sense. IVE is pretty popular but recently they’ve been experiencing a lot of hate especially with this new release. Now, their songs “Eleven” and “Love Dive” in particular is what really drove them to popularity so I recommend you guys reacting to those songs next. The members: Gaeul (pronounced ga-ul): 20 years old, Rapper, 6:16 Yujin (pronounced you-jin): 20 years old, Leader Vocalist, 6:55 Rei (pronounced rey): 19 years old, only foreign member as she is Japanese, Vocalist, Rapper, 6:30 Wonyoung: 19 years old, Vocalist, Center of the group, 3:58 Liz: 18 years old, Vocalist, 4:37 Leeseo (pronounced lee-So): 16 years old (maknae), Vocalist, 4:30 This song is about them overcoming their fears, achieving their dreams, and being confident in their footing along with their dreams. They do get a lot of hate though, especially Wonyoung. She is like the Jennie (BLACKPINK) of 4th gen, she is an IT girl of this gen so people take that and turn against her because of it. However, IVE is a great group and their song “Kitsch” that came out earlier this year was a song they made to clawback at haters so yalll can even check that out too if need be.

this isnt an official meaning but when it first released a lot of DIVE's took it as a song to the IVE haters, who try to spread hate about the girls, especially wonyoung, liz and leeseo, and think it means that IVE hopes the haters live their own lives whilst knowing that IVE will live theirs in their own way! they recieve do much unnecessary hate from so many different people and it is anthem to their strengths and success and i loved it, thank u for reacting to it!!!

Since you are rock fans, they have a "rock" version of one of their songs, love dive. For kpop however, there's a group named dreamcatcher. Basically metal/rock plus kpop. I can also recommend other krock bands although japan has the better rock scene.
