Muslims are more Christians than people who call themselves Christians. Muslims are circumcised just like Jesus and Christians are not. Muslims don't eat pork like Jesus and Christians, yes. Muslims pray as Jesus prayed… Jesus threw himself on his face and his knees (as Muslims do in their prayers) and begged and prayed with great insistence and several times to God in the Garden of Gethsemane to take him away death far from him (Mark 14: 32-42) and Christians, no. Muslims greet each other and say "Peace be upon you or with you" just like Jesus and Christians, no. Muslims fast and Jesus fasted too and Christians don't. Muslims ask God, the father alone, just as Jesus always did when he needed something from him (to perform miracles, heal the sick…) and Christians ask for Jesus and not the father alone. just a simple question, why does someone have to do that? I mean can't they agree to each other, inbetween their talk? why does she need a wali and an imam to marry her to him? and why two witnesses? where's that anywhere in AlQuran? I'm not attacking, I'm for a stronger marriage, and ofc witnesses make it stronger, but why? I can't understand how does that make it nikah? why does she need mahr? and why not a house? what is nikah? what is zina? what is faxsh? I need better understanding, not some bias. explain logically or with AlQuran, I don't accept your Ahadith.

My wife did the same when we got married. I met her on 12 Dec 2006. I asked her out for dinner on 18 Dec 2006 (her birthday). Propose to her middle of January 2007. She learn fatihah n basic things. On 25 January 2007 she reverted to Islam (before was Catholic) and we got married the same day. Now already approaching 15 years. Happily married with 4 kids.

And those matches have been sound matches and have lasted because the “boy” was known to the Imam and others in the community new the girl.
