It has come to my attention that 4 thunder metal on Grace here does nothing! I forgot shock snapshots so unless grace is applying shock on shock i am getting 0 attack Will be changing her build for future stuff

go for 4pc freedom blues for grace instead. that way when grace uses her ex skill, electric anomaly build up speeds up for any electric attacker

@jarodcharles3537 grace can go on 4 freedom, 4 chaos jazz, a mix of 2pc sets, then Rina can just run whatever the hell there's not really anything super stellar imo, swing jazz ig?

I'm gonna be real I believed the skill cope where people say you don't 'technically' need it but it's just so much better and always results in more dps because you can bank so many and not care about 'wasting' a shock or stun. I'm glad I got it, he feels like an actual 5 star now.

Great video! Thanks for showing us what Haru can do. Would you be willing to create a guide for him? Something slower and easier to digest? A lot of CC's just dismiss him or quickly go over his kit without going into much detail. I would also like to know if the rotation changes with his Mindscape 1 and 2. Great work!

I am planning to release a combo/rotation guide for him at some point soon! First I need to get my hands on an M0 Harumasa again, but it's in the works It won't focus too much on numbers and optimal builds, but rather how to play him and execute more precise combos M0 and M1+

Could you please make a video explaining the difference between m0, m1, m2? Because they seem to impact his gameplay a lot, but I don’t understand just how much. I get it on paper, but what’s it like for a skilful player (in terms of mastering, how is m1,2 necessary and how DIFFERENT do they feel to play)?

stun with qingyi is definitely his best, i find the anomaly team to be more fun personally but you can tell from the clear time it's not quite up to speed with qingyi! if you don't have qingyi, but do have grace/yanagi rina, then it's likely the anomaly team will perform better i suggest trying out both and seeing which you enjoy playing more, but stun should always perform better atm perhaps in the future we may get a character that helps boost his anomaly team

Worth is subjective, but M1 Qingyi is definitely more damage! His M1 is super nice in an anomaly team, but for stun it's hardly doing anything

if you hold Harumasas Ex Special he'll detonate the summoned traps automatically for you

@@xer2578 I'm one of those people. It's not so much clunky but rather I'm on mobile using a controller and for whatever reason in ZZZ, held inputs for EX Specials sometimes don't register properly and I get zero actions. Holding attack for charged attacks is far more reliable.

Theyre very similar, qingyi Rina is a bit worse but you can more reliably run 4pc thunder metal

I cannot choose between Lycaon or grace for Harumasa value… I have an M1 Harumasa and M1 rina. Just unsure which one has better value. I only own Anby and koleda as stunners. While I have miyabi burnice piper all funded for anomaly.

Grace is definitely better than lycaon for harumasa, but you may want lycaon for something else?

@@R2-308 i too agree Grace being more suited for Harumasa... I just think Lycaon's 135% damage upgrade is good to pair w/ Rina since it's like a mini-Qingyi effect. (i do not own Qingyi) Plus I own miyabi so I was thinking Lycaon would help both Harumasa and Miyabi as a flexible teammate depending on what team comp im running Sigh. I am so torn haha

You can run her on chaos jazz or some mix of 2pcs If you run anby instead of grace it becomes a stun team instead

His base level is similar to zhu yuan, but his mindscapes are very underwhelming

@@R2-308 nah my Zhu yuan kill this boss in like 50 secs and she is M0. You took like 1 min and 40 secs. Harumasa is really not that great. He is like fine at best. At least he is better than Anton but if he wasnt free he wouldn't be worth pulling at all

He does practically the same damage with 16 dashes on paper, are you referring to enforcer or thracian? Thracian is ether weak and enforcer I didn't run his optimal team nor was this a fully optimised time Harumasa's base level is better than people give him credit for, M1 does almost nothing for his stun dmg and M2 buffs only some of his dmg exclusively inside the stun window There's also investment differences, my billy clears every boss in the game faster than my yanagi, yet yanagi is supposed to be significantly stronger 2 examples don't paint the full picture!

I even pulled his W engine cuz I lost yanagi pulls and I had no Electro DPS other than Anton so I built him +50% crit rate and 200% Crit DMG (4pcs of electro set and 2 of Crit set)and he is really not that great like you're saying. I'm not even trying to be mean, he is really not that great. he is not bad, but he is not extraordinary like Miyabi and I just don't see him bein on par with Zhu Yuan or even Ellen for that matter base of clearing content like deadly assault, Hollow Zero, Void, Shiyu Defense and etc. he perform fine and all but he is really not all that. And I tested him with Qinyi, rina and grace and still Zhu Yuan is way better.

I mean there's solid calcs for it showing that with the same investment 17+ dashes makes his baseline better than ZY. If you're performing much worse with him, either the investment is heavily skewed or its skill issue.
