Two Stazon Ink Pad Tips

I have had my stazon ink for about 2 years now, and it is still moist, my home is quite dry, all I do it keep it upside down, it is so expensive to buy the refill at the same time, what's the point in buying it, if you have to use the refill each time you use it? not very happy with this advice at all, as it is one of the most expensive inks in the market.

Is there a way to re moisten a stazon ink pad which hasn't been used much but stamps very dry? I know it still has a lot of ink in it since I haven't used it much at all. Have it covered and stored upside down... Had it for a couple years... Thanks!

The only thing you can really do is buy the reinker and add several drops to the pad. Let them soak in for about 10 minutes and it should be like new!

Actually, you can rehydrate dried Stazon or other solvent based ink pads by adding a few drops of denatured alcohol to the pad. Allow it to soak in for a while and it should be ready to use again. Hope this helps :)

Is there anything else I can use to clean the ink off of the stamp if I don't have the stazon cleaner?

hi! can i use eco solvent ink for this stamp pad? there is only eco solvent ink available here in my place

I think that will be too strong for stamping. From what I've read it may damage the rubber on the stamp

It just depends on how dry the pad is. If you use it often two is enough to get it started. If its been awhile try five or six. If they soak in very quickly you might add two more.
