I lost my wife three years ago. Then I had a motorcycle accident nine months ago. First they said I may lose my leg. I had multiple breaks and fractures. The helmet was broken and my jaw struck and most my teeth with my bottom jaw were shattered. I wanted to give up. I live alone, and far in the country. I got no real dr help. No physical therapy. I’m on my own, with God. I called a Judge I knew from my bad day, to come and pray with me at the hospital. I knew the battle had just begun and I would need the full armor of God. I was left alone in the country and of course the devil sent mooched and looters. I was robbed of close to $7800, all my 52 years life savings. So now penniless and crippled… I wanted to quit, but God led me to find something that encouraged me to be proactive in my recovery. Be proactive in not be taken advantage of, even in desperate situations. I found you…. I am teaching myself to walk. I have listened to this playlist everyday. So far I can make some steps, very unbalanced… but I WILL, I CAN, God will help me…you’re my proof. ❤

My stress and mental health abd lack of trust in God and my husband, and distressed broken spirit from fighting so much, but loosing so much, that spirit, it created my cowardly actions. I've endured years of PTSD that was misdiagnosed as anxiety and depression. Battle daily with depersonalisation, derealisation and disassociation as well as the anxiety, flashbacks and night terrors. I cannot begin to explain how these things affect me and if you've never experienced these things you will never understand (and i sincerely hope you never have too). NHS has been so negligent in my treatment and overall the mental health services are a joke. I've completed countless self help programs, have countless apps which i use as much as i can, ive had counselling, completed group therapies and CBT. Im currently waiting for the next stage of 1on1 treatment with a psychologist. The wait from the last treatment too this next one is months. After years of referrals disappearing into the ether (literally). I can't even channel it all into a workout when i do find the motivation because my back requires an operation. Recently, I've realised some of the weight im carrying around is decades old. I was always the life and soul of the party, cheering everybody up and giving a shoulder to cry on to the people i care about. I was high functioning for YEARS. Recently its caught up to me and i have been struggling. Ive thought about ending it so many times but either bottled it or my fighting side just doesnt know when to quit. Most of your tracks allow me to concentrate on something for more than a few minutes. They dont always help but they do help sometimes and thats okay. To anybody who who is fighting a war within themselves - you may not see the light at the end of the tunnel... i promise you that's because some tunnels are alot longer than others. Even if you take 3 steps forward and take 2 steps back. You are still 1 step further forward. Its hard. Its hell. Remember this. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. You are stronger than you believe, more loved than you know and everything gets better with time. ❤

I agree with every word you said. As far as mental health "professionals," if you're a dude and I sense you are like me, it MUST be man who treats you, preferably over 40, at least. The women in that field are indoctrinated that masculinity is the problem, when it's a MAJOR part of the SOLUTION for a hurting man. So are Psalms and Mathew, as starters. With all your heart, and all your mind, knock and He will answer. It's WHY the Illuminati and it's puppets and program have attacked that book, and Him, all of our lives (if Gen X or younger). I was an atheist till 20, sucked into the new age like the rest of humanity...for over 2 decades...went down that rabbit hole all the way to the lodge. Ask yourself, why are ALL other spiritual schools of thought and beliefs pushed now BUT the one? The ANTIDOTE. Reject modernity, inc porn (much of it now with spells done first and included). Embrace RIGHTEOUS Masculinity (not the mobster psychopath track they try to divert us men/masculinity onto/into). Give Revelations, Psalms and Mathew a listen.

P.s. I have suffered with the same. I'm sharing what worked for me bc that's the best way I know to love you brother. EMDR therapy for PTSD...shared my story with DUDE therapist and 2 close friends..and sought God, listened to what Christ said..all his teachings. Yes, therapy has its place, helped me much, but Christ HEALED me. It is a SPIRITUAL war...that's ALL this life is actually about. When you feel that pain in your gut, chest and soul ..when new hurt happens...see the demons trying to destroy, and I promise you, and makes it easier and easier to take the power BACK. Knew it was going to be psychologically tough, physically demanding and mentally exhausting. Now, this entire video will be my workout music. Never forget, when you feel that you have given everything, can't take another step, hang your head in exhaustion, you only have given 40% of what you really have to give.

If they stand behind you, protect them. If they stand beside you, respect them. If they stand against you, show no mercy. I found only one thing here that Idont agree with. If you are really a warrior you dont have to tell people youre a warrior. They will know from your presence, your actions, your demeanor, your speech and the look in your eyes that say " not today.". There is an air about a warrior. The way he carries himself. The softness of his voice. The thoughtfulness before he speaks. The strength he exudes. His calmness. Even thoug he comes across as non threatening, he is the most dangerous man in the room. Its not his size. Its the understanding in his heart to accept any outcome, but losing or kneeling isnt in the options. Warriors dont tell people they are warriors. People already know. Tough times dont last forever. Tough men do.
