If you're interested in Asian food (especially Korean), Jolly has another channel called Koreanenglishman. Josh is fluent Korean and is married to a Korean woman. They have a lot of korean content on that channel.

When you make your burger patties, try mixing a bit of A-1 steak sauce into the ground beef. You can still dust the burger patties with garlic powder, salt and pepper on the outside. Thoroughly mixing the sauce into the meat will boost your burger flavor in a way that shouldn't be too overwhelming for Recky's taste buds.

You only fail at something if you do not learn from a mistake, and let that outcome control you. If everything worked out every time, you would never try anything new, as there would be no need. Love you guys, and the whole crew/community, keep learning, or your wasting air!❤ Peace, give the furbabies some extra love from Nebraska.

With over 12,000,000 metric tons of beef produced annually, it's freshness is one of the reasons that America's beef tastes so good.

We pan fry thin burgers in bacon grease😂 add seasonings to meat before forming . My son loves lettuce, cheese, onion, fried egg and peanut butter on his. I like simple lettuce, pepper jack cheese with a little mayo. Pretzel buns, brioche buns or potato buns, if you lightly butter the 2 insides and griddle them it helps to keep buns fron getting soggy and tearing apart. ❤ The content the two of you create!!!

Experimenting is fun. There's not much you *can't* put on a burger. One of my favorite topping combos for a burger are Ortega chiles, bacon, grilled onions, American or cheddar cheese, and mustard. 😋

Have you ever tried Montreal steak seasoning by McCormick? Fantasticks on burgers and steaks and my husband even loves sprinkler on his scrambled eggs for breakfast!!My son worked at a meat processing plant in the research and development part… He was always trying out new marinades and seasonings would you bring home for us to try! So good luck with your RD trials! Keep track of the ingredients you try…some good 👍, others fails👎🏻! You may be the new colonel sanders of the burger world! Thanks for inviting us into your home… Love your channel!! 💕💕💕

Recky seasoning and toppings is not the key to a great burger , it’s the cooking technique, we Americans always use 80/20 minced beef for burgers , 80%lean 20% fat , do a smash burger on a really hot cast iron pan , 2 85g minced beef balls , then when pan is hot , smash each ball down to very very flat and thin and let cook 4-5 minutes , while it’s cooking just salt and pepper the top side then flip put salt and pepper then cheese on and then when cheese is melted take Pattie’s and stack then directly to the bun , not a plate but directly to the bun . I’m a grill master and bbq expert .

You can add A-1 to the meat, before cooking, or layer some on the cooked burger. SOO good! Think this was touched on in another video (fave state foods?) but try making two VERY thin patties, top one with bit of cheese (plus perhaps mustard, chopped onion, a pickle, etc) but not too much as you need to be able to top it with the other pattie and seal the edges well. IOW, you're placing some of the toppings inside. You don't want it to leak too much. You can still add more toppings to the cooked burger. Endless options for making burgers. (Do you ever do vegan burgers?)

Making your own burgers is fun. A hamburger sauce (or selection of them) is simple too. I go German on mine & stick with mustard. But I like others. By the way . . . If you do your own smash burger you have to do it from the start.

I (almost) always season my hamburger meat w/ Lawry's season salt (on the light side) which I saw you had, but not certain if you still have. Worcestershire sauce, which I do not know if that's available in your area or not. (Preferably Lea & Perrin's, but the differences in that and French's, or even the store brand are not significant, so any should do, just if there is a choice - and it's not significantly more - L&P) and Wright's Hickory liquid smoke & their Mesquite liquid smoke - just a couple drops from each and let it marinate in the fridge for a couple hours. I know you cannot (easily) get - but which WILL be "on the way" sometime, probably next month.

Look kids, when you make a mistake, it's FUNNY. Here in Texas, some of us have a relationship with a habit of SLAMMING THE DAYLIGHTS outta one another when we screw up. We do this because #1. You're not that important. #2. Everyone can be made fun of. #3. Do not take yourself to seriously. #4. Don't take the mistake to seriously, so what...you screwed up, big deal! #5. We're all idiots, we're gonna screw up to and when we do you and everyone else gets to rail on us about. It all comes around, everyone gets their time in the barrel because WE ALL DO IT, NO ONE LOVES YOU ANY LESS FOR IT......LAUGH ABOUT IT, get in on the action and Self depreciate a little, it feels good. #6. Now that everyone has had their fun ridiculing each other mercilessly....MOVE ON......NEXT! 'CAUSE IT DOESNT MATTER.....NOT TO THE PEOPLE WHO MATTER ANYWAY!

Just keep at it with the homemade burgers. Im no professional but I make a good burger. Cookings literally a science. You gotta try, if doesnt work. You try again better and different. I like to add a small amount of paprika into my burger to give it a small kick. Whether its on the grill or in a pan. You just gotta figure it out and work on that recipe You'll figure it out, I believe in yall. Great video in channel. Also stop torturing yourselves and atleast have a snack before a Jolly video. You'll be slightly less annoyed lol

any time there's a "best ____ in large city" video take it with a grain of salt. im not doubting the burgers they had were as good as they say they were, but in a place the size of LA you could try a different burger from a different restaurant every day for the rest of your life and not make it through all of them.

Most stuff is overrated and overpriced nowadays.. I find it's better to see what the food is comprised of and make it at home. I'm also kind of OCD when I see workers do something that turns me off making my food. Subway seems the only good place that changes their gloves before each order , for one example.
