Two-Way Satellite IoT with Blues Starnote

Just ordered the Starnote starter kit + Notecard Cell+WiFi - CAT-M North America with the intent to build a prototype device for a US/Mexico cross border shipment tracking. The fact that it RAT hops is pretty cool, but super curious how well the entire setup functions.
