Two ways to Animate Opacity in Cinema 4D: Alpha Channel vs. Render Tag

How to fix this with textures?

It's possible to apply a texture map in the Alpha channel in your Material Editor. When you are creating your texture just make sure to make black what you want to be transparent and white what you want to see. I hope I understood your question correctly, if not let me know!

@@fabimotion2396 well... The Alpha channel didn't worked for me. I have used the first option and in the final render I hade a nice fade in/out thing. So yeah! You're video helped me a lot

Hi Andjar, check if the objects in the null/group have a Material assigned to them. If they have a Material assigned that isn't transparent, then it might interfere with the transparent Material you place on the null/group object. I hope this helps you!
