They have cold water, but unlike in the USA they don’t give you a glass of ice water. You have to ask for a iced bottled water and they’ll ask you if you want mineral or spring water. It’s like that in all HK restaurants.

We've only been to Hong Kong once, but it was one of our best trips. We love the juxtaposition of old and new, a modern city with high rises everywhere but traditional Chinese food markets in the street too. If you get the opportunity, take the ferry to Macau and go spend a day there, the old Portuguese city is pretty awesome.

We didn't get a chance to visit Macau but we loved HK so much that we'll definitely be back someday. We'll have to fit in Macau on our next trip 😁

This is an interesting video. Travelling can be fun, but it drains you in the journey. The restaurant food looked interesting. Jeremy's Bruce Lee pose was fun. The views were indeed great. Those skyscrapers..... You could see the western influences too. You shared a lot of interesting stuff. The way John looked at Jeremy in that one scene says a lot in a good way. Looking forward to part II.

My fav is Hong Kong Island across the harbor. You can either take the double decker bus up the super scary road or the tram straight up the mountain. At the top is a super cool market

Yay, love this HK video :) I'll be there myself in 3 weeks!! Another thing you would have loved is the cable car (gondola) to Ngong Ping to see the Big Buddha, a bit touristy but very scenic. Glad you enjoyed the subway - it is a great system they have. If you like HK, you will love Japan - I highly recommend you go there for a trip one day.
