Try to visit corregidor island its in the middle of manila bay take a day tour or an overnight tour...the island is an old US military base...during world war II manny US, filipinos and japanese soldiers died there...old WWII structures and ghostly apparitions coordinate with SUNCRUISE to bring you there manny tourist visit the island too...☺

Try another Filipino dish challenge! The name of the dish is ‘Papaitan’. It’s a goat or a cow innards and a poo is added to its ingredient. Actually, they call it bile, a dark greenish fluid produce in the liver in the small intestine of an animal. They added it to the dish for its bitter taste. This dish is popular in Ilocos region but you can find it also in a several restaurants in Manila.

There are different varieties of durian in Davao: Common/commercialized: 1. Puyat - beginner level, sweet 2. Arancillo - moderate level, balanced taste 3. Native - advanced level, bitter, strong odor Not so common: 4. D101 - very creamy, seed is small 5. Duyaya - found only in one store at Bangkerohan, very sweet There are more varieties of durian but that's what I'm familiar with.

You have to try to eat durian a few times before you start to like it. My first was bad too. But after several tries, it's my favorite now. In Singapore, we queue up during the durian season for the best variety. Here, they play well with durian. They have durian puff which is so good, durian cakes, they even have durian mcflurry in mcdonalds.. Malaysia has the best variety called mao shan wang.
