Yeah I'm not gonna lie. I know a guy who's 17 and his one rep max is 335. That guy is ridiculously strong. I'm pretty strong for my age. I'm 16 and I recently just hit 235 on the bench. But my curl is the most impressive. 70 pounds for two reps. So yeah I have no idea where it's coming from but, it does seem like younger people are getting really strong.
