Tour de France 121 | Part 2: Lyon to Marseille🛩️🚴

The next chapter of our journey through the 1903 Tour de France focuses on Stage 2 .
We start from Lyon-Satolas Airport LFLL and follow Stage 2 which was a gruelling 374 kilometres, taking the riders from Lyon to Marseille. We overfly Saint-Étienne Airport LFMH in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region until we arrive at Valence-Chabeuil Airport LFLU for our first stop of the night. Next we attempt a touch and go at Aubenasson Airfield LFJF and continue on to Avignon Provence Airport LFMV for our second stop. Finally we continue south and complete the stage with a full stop landing at Marseille Provence Airport LFML.
The Spartan 7W Executive is a cabin monoplane aircraft that was produced by the Spartan Aircraft Company during the late 1930s and early 1940s. The 7W features an all-metal fuselage, as well as a retractable undercarriage. The 7W Executive was popular with affluent buyers worldwide
Route: LFLL - LFMH - LFLU* - LFJF - LFMV* - LFML* ( * = full stop landings)
