Taking My Kids To My Childhood Motocross Track! Chad Reed Visits LakesMX Australia!

Spending time in my home country surrounded by dirt bikes takes me back to my younger days. Fortunately, we were able to make it out to my childhood motocross track- LakesMX. I tell you, there's nothing better than taking your kids to visit some family at your hometown motocross track, even when it's raining! Afterward, we beat the rain going back to the house and managed to take some family photos to cherish the moments from the past couple of months with family. Stick around to see it all unfold!!

The best thing about MX riders, going back to the beginning and reminiscing... seeing the legend 22 return was cool for the local riders! Poor nephew getting tips... Great to follow the Reeds on home turf!

Yes its great to return to the track you were brought up at and I understand all your feelings on the memories.. I turned up at Tivoli raceway, was taken aback by how many ladies were there..great to see. My days were just as Jeff Leisk launched in Oz. Good old childhood memories!! All the tracks I grew up with are now housing developments!! And know the closest track is a 100 mile round trip! It is so great you get to share your past with your kids!

Hello Chad, it’s an honor to meet you and I was wondering if you ever thought of maybe doing a sweepstakes or some kind of giveaway where someone can win a trip with you and your family to a bunch of motocross tracks. I think would be an awesome idea because I’m 46 years old but I have Some of my child mentality that still is in love with the sport of motocross, but just can’t afford a bike, right.
