Going to brake the rules here . Giving a shout out to Joffre de Sabatino and the Ft Lauderdale FedEx crew who assisted in tracking your bike down from Orlando to where you received the bike when the bike was missing. All avid bikers. Nothing like DHS competition tracking down one of DHS customers freight. Luckily , the next day you tracked your own bike down. Thanks guys - Mark

As we are all bikers , I asked Fedex workers if they ever lost a bike and told them your story . Joffre de Sabatino from the Ft Lauderdale and his crew started tracking and found your bike via DHS contacts but you had already been notified if its whereabouts.

The sand around Laguna Colorada was NOT fun....No roads, just mile after mile of thick, deep sand. Unfortunately, you'll just have to take our word for it. We traversed most of it at night after the crash, and I was in no mood to try and document it!! 😅

Your movie making is brilliant! There is so much to love about this video. Btw. The fire at the beginning looks like a Hollywood movie fire. All flames and no smoke. Do you have a special effects technician traveling with you ? I once read a novel about a post apocalyptic world where only the story tellers and dogs remained. In the beginning of this video, I kind of felt that you were living that story. Lol. I have been anticipating this episode since hearing about it on Adventure Rider Radio. What a cliff hanger. Even though I know what the outcome is, I can't wait for your next episode. Thanks again for another great video. Tiger Ps, Rose, thanks for using the word "perfunctory"!
@TwoWheelsThreeSheets8 ай бұрын
Thank you Dave! We always appreciate the kind words and your support! Unfortunately, no special effects technician or fancy editing... we don't have that kind of budget! Just a lot of persistence and the occasional dumb luck! 😁 Post-apocalyptic is EXACTLY how we described the entire Uyuni region. It's a wild, wild place... 😳

That accident is so scary, if only from the isolation aspect. Even in NZ i had to ride on the back of another bike with shoulder busted/rib's smashed & slightly punctured lung...10kms to the waiting helicopter, due to no cellphone service in gorge! The end incident brought back a memory when I hit a Kangaroo on a dirt road outback and when stood up notice my wrist dangling around, and being solo had to ride 100km to base camp, the painful bit was depressing the clutch, though it was worth the risk cause I tell the traveller tale.

Damn!!! How did the Roo fare?? 🦘
@italogiardina81838 ай бұрын
@@TwoWheelsThreeSheets I was travelling slow at 20km around dusk looking to camp and it was big Roo who jumped out of the bush (If in OZ know Roo's, (or zombie Roo) panic and have blind sight at head lights entailing a direct hit) and then bounced off into the night so I did not get a chance to find out, but I got steel rod treatment so all things considered, fine. Although the semi trailers trucks tend not to be so kind.
