I'm from same city as he is and my friend used to tell me that Atif is the best player he has seen in Pakistan maybe even better than Arslan. He really did work hard and proved that he is the best. He adapted and dominated throughout whole tournament.

Atif's secret always staying in the zone until the job's done.(helps you stay focused and maintain momentum) don't care for combo drops and meter lost. (keeps you moving in the game instead of thing about why/how) always working on small combos and reset options.(mind games with opponent making them believe to think they got away or it's their turn) keeping opponent in check with pokes and turtling. (shutting down options at close range. j looking for whiffs that're launch punishable. off guard surely qualities of a world champion.
