Sir the team of TWTW actually made a very sarcastic spoof on Ms Chopra including her black dress. Please watch the video from Mr Vivek Agnihotri where he talks disparagingly about Ms Copra and her husband , who also happens to be a Kashmiri , to understand why the spoof was made. I don't think it was to overlook the sad incidents of 1990 but to make fun of famous critics who ignored this important film and instead promoted more frivolous cinema like Gehraiyan. Watch Mr Agnihotri explain this point and then you will realise what team TWTW has done. Forgive me if I am wrong. But do watch Mr Agnihotri make his point.
