TX and RX Clear Alert Tones on XTL and XTS Radios

How to enable or disable the transmit and receive clear alert tones on a Motorola XTL or XTS radio.
The clear alert tone is a single beep emitted when the user transmits in the clear (without voice security), and can also be enabled on the receiving audio. These tones are system wide, and can't be enabled or disabled on a per-channel basis, it's all or nothing.
To get this working, open CPS and your codeplug
Open the Radio Configuration section and the Secure section
Open the Secure Configuration Menu, and enter the Advanced tab
Either check or uncheck the two boxes based on your preference
Save the codeplug, write it to the radio and profit!
