Thanks for the video, never been to USA but was nice riding with you... I am a volvo driver stuck in COVID Lockdown in Cape Town! I cant afford the 2020 S60 but I would choose it anytime over the competition, gotta be content with the 2015 D4 for now

Thanks for the review. I currently have the last year Saab 9-5 and my turbo needs replacement so I’m thinking of getting a new car. I am debating between MB a220, Cadillac CT4, Jag XE or XF and I just recently saw this Volvo and I’m seriously leaning this way cause I love Swedish cars and this one looks really good. Just got the V60 CC and I love it. Just over 1K miles and this car is perfect for me. I would recommend the Volvo over the BMW or Audi...And right now in Covid-times the prices on leases are fantastic. Again, love the V/S series Volvos.

I enjoyed your T5 road trip. I can tell you are a Volvo fan. I currently have a 2018 S60L Inscription (previous design) and looking forward to a similar road trip next week in it and will compare mine to yours in the new 2020 model since I will replace it with the car you reviewed and tested. I'm sold (over Audi A4), great report! Do you ever do a comparison between new and previous S60's?

Hows the ride? New to Volvo and is against a base model Cadillac ct4. Not looking for anything too firm and I know Volvo can be firm. Hoping with the 18 wheels and base model it might be ok for me. Didnt watch the whole 1 Hr video but scanned it,

I just leased a momentum T6 and I love it. What would you estimate the zero to sixty is on the T5?

T5 is 250hp and probably the slowest T5 would be the biggest Volvo... The XC90. Maybe 8+ seconds for the T5 vs

I'd say low 6s for T6, and 7.5-8s for T5. Just personal experience and dragy timings. Worked for Volvo for 2 years.

That T5 is a loaner cat. I have a T8. I'd suggest leasing an S60 just because the payments are lower than the actual depreciation.

Correct. It is like an old school BMW Bronzit-Beige.

I have the same color S60. It kind of depends on the light. It's kind of a light gray, or a bronzy tan. It's very nice looking, just hard to describe.

Can't decide between a S60 T6 and an Audi S3/A3

I have owned 2 A3 (2015 P+ and 2017 Prestige) and I currently have a T8 S60 (2020 R Design) and the Volvo is miles ahead in terms of comfort, tech, and safety. The A3 is a great little car for fun commutes - but I doubt commuting to offices is the future.

@@RoadandTract That's an awesome car, I was looking at the T6 R Design model! I was going to lease it, and the A3/S3 I was looking to buy used. The volvo looks gorgeous and all the reviews I have seen were really good, I haven't had a chance to get inside one yet though.

S60 R Design seats are far superior to anything you can get in an Audi. Go test drive one. You will have your mind made up immediately.
