These hilts look odd since they are straight rather than curved. But as you said, they're intended for those who want to save money instead getting replicas. The TXQ hilts look very similar to LGT/Damien hilts since the power and recharge ports appear to be in the same spot. The LGT/Damien instructions are pretty bad as well. Xeno3 RBG, Xeno3 Pixel and Proffie all crammed together into one fold out booklet. Xeno3 dies have an app but it doesn't always detect the saber wgen it's on.
