The Ocean beat them with tone quality, tonguing, better dynamics, and song selection. Pv's first song is the direction they need to go, but clean everything up. They have ALOT of individual playing going on for such a large program and it leaves holes in their overall sound.

Dog there are 4 euphoniums doing most of the heavy lifting for PV in that section, half the section of sousas on alot of songs and the trumpets have way more help now. Other euphoniums and sousas need to up their individual game. Mello section work on your tone so youll play in tune with each other. You have some good stuff in your arrangements. Not the Bob Marley arrangement. Burn that.
