loved this! and totally agree with the comments. i think txt's vocal color is very distinct and their falsettos are good as it is (though i think soobin's is a league above). i would love for them tho to learn better vocal techniques thats less tense and more supported

I'm not an expert at singing or anything but I think Skipping Stones is a song where they're supposed to sound greedy and a bit forceful because of the sentiment of the song. At least I felt that way when I heard the studio version and I read the lyrics. But I do agree that they could use more vocal techniques that highlight their tones and colours

When release a performance clip of Skipping Stones recently beomgyu played guitar while hueningkai played bass while singing, I hope they do that for live performances as well💕

I am not an expert in anyway and I am a huge fan of TxT but even to my untrained eye I have same observations..Hybe really needs to train its artists vocals better. Also love how objective you are and I get to learn how beautiful Yeonjun's falsetto is..I never really paid attention to that.

totally agree with the tightness of their voices! At times like these I wish hybe focused more on building a really solid vocal foundation for their groups (SM please share some of your vocal coaches) because I know that TXT are super capable and talented and they would sounds so so good if they were just more supported overall (go Kai whoop whoop) :)

Love TXT down but they def need vocal lessons (All Hybe group’s honest) Kai and Beomgyu really surprised me at how much their vocals have improved 🥰

Are you a vocal coach too? They take the mic away to give the high note a distant feeling like it is in the original song. They are singing it in a forced manner because the song is like that.

But they sing In a forced manner often which leads me to believe it’s not intentional. The tense body language shows this.
