Cat & dog does look like a fun bright song which might at first look like as if it’s for someone they love or have a crush on but it has rather deep meaning to it..... cats and dogs are colour blind and they can’t see any other colour. So the lyrics go “in my monochromatic world, you shine red and blue.” Which means you are the only one I see, like or trust so don’t leave me. You are the only one on whom I can rely. And this is why they wanna be by them 24/7 because they can’t lose them.

2:16 ya they are baffled too. i remember when they were reacting to their old stages from this era (crown/star-debut era), several times, during their latest Korean comeback (blue hour) ~they were talking about it like many years have past like they were so shocked how young they were; how much they physically changed till now && kept talking about certain member(s) being cute & growing way too fast ~mind you~ only two years passed but they were speaking like a long time passed; but then again this pandemic, at times, did feel like that time was moving slowly like everything before it felt like a lifetime ago

I just noticed while watching ur reaction that in the scene where they all stand up and their shadows are shown, 2 are cats and 3 are dogs. It reminded me a lot of the cant you see me choreo in the "whos a liar" Part where taehyun and soobin were the only ones with their fingers crossed, they were different from the rest just like in that shadow scene here. Idk i just found that interesting cuz i never noticed it before :)

3:38 it is a bside mv not a main~ so, it does not go into depth into those things, it has meaning but it is more casual & fun ~ & its following its own thing/themes & does not tie to much with the main tracks. Even though it is just a bside ~(it had a somewhat longer promotional period/more stages during its era than other bsides) & is the only bside mv making numbers like their title tracks mv (crown, runaway, cant you see me, and blue hour) which have 51-134M views ~it is right in the middle with over 77M (while other bsides can reach around 17-27M) so, it can easily be mistaken for a title track/comeback but it is not.
