Good morning: Over the past while things in my life have changed not necessarily circumstances or situations but the ability to live in the moment. So below are some of the things in accepting and understanding have made living in the moment possible. What does living in the moment mean: Living in the moment means accepting things we cannot change, changing the things we can. Living in the moment means accepting life isn't always fair while allowing ourselves to experience the feelings and emotions in connection to it or regarding it. Living in the moment means understanding the presents of feelings and emotions due to circumstances and situations are normal it is the repression of feelings and emotions that create dysfunction. Living in the moment means being present to love, laugh, cry, hope, grieve throughout the moments of my day. Living in the moment means realizing serenity is achieved by accepting the things we cannot change and changing the things we can and understanding living in the moment isn’t absence of feelings and emotions but understanding and experiencing them in a healthy way. And I learn to trust there will be times I will need to trust the journey even though I may not understand it. That by not focusing on trying to see or understand the big picture I can enjoy the view of today.
