Ty Lee was technically the reason Ba Sing Se fell. - Ty Lee blocks Chi. - Sokka planned on taking down the drill from the inside, due to his experience with fighting Ty Lee. - Azula thought of a plan to take over Ba Sing Se from the inside by disguising as Kyoshi Warriors and capturing the Earth King and the Earth Kong politicians.
