Ty's Conscious Kitchen I told my doctor we are vegans which was Friday and today she randomly calls me telling me I need to see a dietitian. I told her not interested and now she wants to see my daughter and do a blood test and says she needs b12. She's 20 months.. i don't know what to do
@teisasterling47976 жыл бұрын
I think it’d be helpful to look up the definition + origin of the word “vegan,” that way you have greater context. Let’s just say it’s not synonymous with “health.” Eating alkaline forming foods is a different lifestyle, though similar in that both happen to be fully plant-based
