I hope the quest allows you to play three characters as usual. From what I can see, clearing it once gives 10 exp and you need 300 exp for 1 level which means it'd take 15 days (without pass) to get 1 sm level up for a character.

8:10 I don't think so.. seems it's up to 2 levels per character. As there's another line that unlocks after you fill the special move gauge once, it's most likely for the second level.
