There's only a few things to this run. First, don't high score (i.e. beat the third place score) on any stage besides the last one, or else you lose several seconds to the high score notification. That's why on Stage 4 and 5 I intentionally flub or don't do lines - I got really close to scoring too many points. Second, you don't want to flunk out of a song or go Cool. Finally, mash as well as you can between the songs.
I reset my PS2 after every attempt because a few load times slow down if you keep on doing attempts.

Nobody beats level 6 easily without entering cool mode, and most players dont know how to enter cool mode on their first playthrough

Fast Menus, not high scoring, and fast load times. In Parappa the Rapper 2, you can actually skip portions of a few songs by entering and exiting Cool at the right time. That's probably not a thing in UJL because there is no "Lesson" transition like in PTR

Might be faster, might be slower for certain stages. Depends on how transitioning to cool works. I never looked deeply into that, so I just went with regular play. Also, to enter and stay cool would mean the high scores need to be higher to compensate. PaRappa the Rapper 2, there are a couple of songs you want to enter cool to make the ending dialog faster. I have no idea about PtR 1 or UJL.
