Night To Morning Hair Care Routine (No Overnight Breakage). I start by moisturizing and sealing my natural hair with the Lanza healing curls leave in conditioner and some water in my spray bottle. I then did some twisted bantu knots to stretch and style my hair. Lastly I cover my hair with my Humble Glow satin bonnet to preserve moisture and stop the morning frizz.

I did this the other day (instead i put in chunky twist). It really makes the hair less tangle when it's time for wash day. I usually do this in between. P.S - you ends looks so healthy, you comb through them with such ease...my ends are always my struggle point 😂.

@@apara2005 Combing is literally the main source of breakage! It’s important to do it gently and as infrequently as possible to avoid matting. It’s all about balance

You can try using perm rods to blend the relaxed ends with the natural new growth.
