Nice! Just tied something similar for my gill dropper box. Like the sheen from the seal fur. One could get a box full of these and some variations once you get rolling.

No it's not, different colour body and hackle, it also doesn't have the GP rump feather as a head hackle. Stan Headly inventor of the Octopus and Melvin Octopus included this in his 1st book as a distinct pattern.
