Tying up a couple of loose ends on the Cobra 146GTLnds Made with Clipchamp

A couple of things I needed to do to the Cobra 146GTL after I had made the previous videos. I found a hidden capacitor that needed replacement that I believe was the root of my radio problems. I also had to fine tune my frequency a little more with the help of radio operators dxing.
