LMAO they don’t even understand this is (at best) a critique of evangelical Christianity or (at worst) calling it out as a cult. “Brother, I ain’t slept in days- all without the drugs you’re using…” pointing at the manic (insane) side of evangelism. Watch the live version from Red Rocks, he is purposely doing crazy eyes throughout. A mannerism he doesn’t exhibit in other songs.
