I think souls exist in the spiritual dimension (as we do too but we also have a body) and some people have the sensitivity to connect to them. Perhaps we all could di it in some capacity if we were taught how, like a skill, but perhaps some are just better at it for some reason. I do agree that what he does is wonderful and not only helps people to move on but more importantly makes people realise that we are not our body, that our awareness is separate from it. This distinction is critical because it triggers another set of important questions and brings light to what is important in life.

Being a medium absolutely takes a toll on the body, but he's aware of this and, as shown in the Netflix series, he'll rest in bed for a day or 2 afterwards to recover. I worry about him, but I also know that he's doing everything he can to take care of himself. He's also said if he goes for 2-3 weeks of not doing a reading, people will just start coming through. So...I think he's going to be working as a medium for the foreseeable future.
