I can only imagine what you have been through, but please know that you don't have to walk this path alone if you need support. Please don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it, and know that there are some amazing peer support groups out there if you need to speak to people who "get it" & have been in your shoes. Do what you need to to honour your boy. I have a friend who lost her daughter. When she was pregnant, there was a beach she used to visit and, since her passing, she always feels closer to her on that beach. She says that it helps so, if you have a coping mechanism like that, don't be afraid to use it. I have no doubt that your boy is now your guardian angel, watching over you until you meet again. If you see something that reminds you of him and feels like a sign, embrace it. Don't think "oh, I'm being silly" - embrace the love, support and comfort that it brings. There is nothing wrong with that. Wishing you all the very best 💕
