The Rams have been in DESPERATE NEED of a go-to Tight End. I'm glad Higbee is back, but I'm worried that he may not be the same player, or that it may take some time to get back into the swing of things.

He only has like three games in the regular season before the playoffs start and the rams may sit him and stafford out for one of two of those games.. thankfully he has reps with stafford and has been with this franchise a long time so he has familiarity. Might take him some playoff games to get going to. As long as he can at least block he can help. Might just be a tight end by committee

Higbee wasn’t around when the rams finally won a superbowl and went deep into that playoffs. This could be his arc and how he finishes his career. Rams greatest tight end and it is only right that he makes meaningful clutch catches in a playoff run

Higs is another option as a Zone coverage beater and against Man when matched up on a smaller safety (Redzone) or LB (between the 20s). Like Jake said, he also should get more opps with all the attention being paid to the 4 WRs. He’s just a more experienced and feared option which opens up the field for Staff as there are so many options and almost all have different skill sets.

Except for that one big catch against the Niners and the occasional block, Parkinson has been a colossal bust. TE play for the Rams has been a huge disappointment..

Yeah I expected at least his blocking to be great. He is 6’67and isn’t much of a red zone threat as a catcher too!

It’s the versatility in 12P and 11P Higs, Long, and Parkinson present. I think Allen could be the odd man out.

Tyler higbee could be a difference maker when he returns but him being the best tight end in rams history with a franchise that’s been around for so long is crazy lol reminds you why the rams only have two rings being around that amount of time. In some positions they are really lacking…. In other positions like QBs, left tackle, especially running back they are incredibly deep in 🎉🎉🎉

I hope he is football ready, I do think Mcvay learned with Jonah Jackson, and that's why we have not seen him, but still worried about if he will be the same Higg's. I am really disappoint in Davis Allen, I really thought he would be are next great TE.
