Was listening to my Spotify radio when this song popped up. I was driving back from Gainesville, FL headed back home through the back roads through a little town called High Springs. There were no cars on the road, it was just me. The air was clear and it wasn't hot even though it was dead in the middle of summer which is usually hot and humid here in Florida. I had the windows down feeling the air blow through my hair and on my face. Everything was green and the while listening to this song for those 4 minutes I felt peace. It was the oddest thing. Every time I get stressed I play this song and it reminds me of that moment. That moment when there were no worries. Just me, the cool air, this song and peace.

This is the most amazing song. Living in Phx, we don't get much rainy and cold days but when we do, I have to listen to this song

I've listened to this song about 18x just today. All of Tyler's channel is literally feeding my soul. I'm so glad I found his music! Keep making art. Never stop. What you do is such a needed gift to the lonely world.

Winter is for Kierkegaard and mapping out these shining stars and over coats to Pont Des Artes and reaching through the vast expanse of sky oh holy night You always ask the how and why, I always answer "pourquois pas" we are young and we are free and all the world rests at our feet, and why Hell why not? I’m not sorry about the weather It’s cold it’s calm and it’s clear We’ll sit inside and we’ll talk about whatever Till the sky falls down around us I take my coffee with my cream and all the world is as it seems and home is not too far away but it is for another day ahead I think and the while the solid world melts into air, and permanence becomes a prayer an echo rising from the deep, to wake the hearts of those who sleep alone we've miles to go And I’m not sorry about the weather It’s cold it’s calm and it’s clear We’ll drink some wine and we’ll talk about whatever Till the sky falls down around us I've seen the world in black and white, and I've seen the fire and the light in violence and calm respite, and fumbling through I decide that I know nothing nothing But winter is for Kierkegaard, and reaching, reaching through the dark and holding onto that honest heart with every bit of life you have and it's all, Oh it's alright And I'm not sorry about the weather It’s cold it’s calm and it’s clear We’ll sit inside and we’ll talk about whatever Till the sky falls down around us

Amazing song. It's been stuck in my head for months now, and as the coldness of winter comes in strong, I found myself playing this repeatedly the past few days.

Man. Your Solo stuff is amazing. Huge fan of the The Midnight. I do an 80s and 90s car show that takes place all over the US called MotorVice. We will have 10k people at our May show. Anyways, my back ground was actually in commercial music and record production. Brooklyn .. the production and drum tones gave me chills. Your voice, and control on the mic is a thing of beauty my man. Keep it up. Just wanted to encourage you. Cheers!

Kierkegaard would have wept if he saw someone saying he would have wept hearing a "Brutish crap" song... That's more accurate 😉
