Tyler Perry - From Abuse to Millionaire

Tyler Perry (otherwise formerly known as Emmitt Perry, Jr) has overcome a traumatic childhood. This month he was featured in Essence magazine and speaks about his success through adversity. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana he had three other siblings and suffered severe abuse and molestation. Perry's father's answer "to everything was to beat it out of you." He attempted suicide once to escape his father's abuse. He was molested by three men; then on another occasion was molested at the age of 10 by his friend's mother. Tyler says he never felt safe inside and outside the home. He was moved internally to relate to his abuse for the first time after seeing the 2009 movie "Precious"...

I cried when I saw (EMMITT) Tyler Perry On the Oprah Show & How He Shared With The Whole World. I truly admire "Mr. Emmitt Perry", it would be a true honor to meet him in real life. My childhood is very close to what I had to experience. I watched "Precious" once & I can't seem to watch it again. I Know The Hurt, Pain, Mental Abuse, Emotional Abuse, A Lot of Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse From #2 Family Members. There is WAY MORE, however; Mr. Emmitt Perry learned HOW TO turn the negative into a positive. I can't seem to handle anymore "Life Lesson's" "Life Challenges". That's me with comedy it won't let me go and my whole life everyday starting at 5 ppl and family said how funny I am and that I would be. I hadn't seen an aunt in 10 years and when I saw her she said, "you not famous yet." Comedy lives in my soul and I know it comes natural but ppl even family want to see me down always. Tyler Perry is a role model and he has always been outspoken about his faith and his relationship with God. And now the public would like to know what are his views on sex outside of marriage and having children out of wedlock. Is he not a practicing Christian? Was the child surgically conceived? For someone of Mr. Perry's magnitude not to publicly address the issue of fathering children out of wedlock sends out the message that it is ok and this is tragic for those who's primary source of God and the works of God are seen in Tyler Perry's life.

I tried therapy and it's a joke. The best therapy for me when young was talking to myself in the mirror and then I tried therapy when my husband and children were completely out of line and their answer to everything is "YOU WERE ABUSED AS A CHILD" They even wanted to examine my vagina not telling me why. I said "I came here to figure out in some way how to straighten up what's going on in my home" Not here to blame my child hood, not here for you to look at my vagina" One that 1st day (Monday) I was asked several times if I was molested. I said yes. Come Wed, Mr. Big over the whole thing (and the worst was group) I didn't pay for others to hear about as a little girl being touch and going into any details especially MY NEIGHBOR was there! Come Wed, Mr. Big comes in and still they are persisting that they look at my vagina and then he asked about molested I EXPLODED CLIMBING ON TOP OF HIS DESK WHEAT THE HELL I WAS THERE FOR AND THAT I WAS SICK OF BEING ASK THAT SAME QUESTION. He was screaming up her meds! Hell, the mg was so high then, good god, my mouth couldn't drink anymore water. I was out of their. I seen my neighbor. She said "Oh they cured me; it was all about my abuse as a child" I said, 'SERIOUS?' They told everyone in group that! What idiots.
