According to The Business Journals, the highest-priced home listing in Atlanta, Georgia hit the market at $25 million. The 17-acre estate with a nearly 35,000-square-foot home at 4110 Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta was once owned by media mogul Tyler Perry. Tyler Perry sold it for a then record $17.5 million in late April 2016. The current owner, international businessman and televangelist David Turner, is selling the Buckhead property because his work through David Turner International Ministries is taking him and his family out of Georgia.

... This is not the same house... The house in the movie was outside of Atlanta in Douglasville or Villa Rica somewhere... He designed the steps and entrance of this house to look like the old house... This house is in Vining's and it was about a mile and a half from my old house... I was so mad when Tyler moved but things in our neighborhood changed... It was good while it lasted ... living near Tyler and a lot of benefits... I remember when he built the house he bought two estate houses, knocked them down and built the biggest house in the neighborhood... It took 5 years to build.. I just think it is a shame to do all of that and then just walk away from that estate like that... Now, he owned a very modern estate with bells and whistles in California and I'm sure he keeps a condo or something in Atlanta still... Some sheik will probably end up buying the place...

This home is beautiful! I know its first and foremost a blessing from God. Tyler Perry worked very hard to be where he is today.
