Its very cool that Patrick purchased this home! I was the original electrician on that home for the previous owners. I did all of the electrical, the lighting control system, etc. It was by far one of my most favorite homes to work in. Theres so much electrical wiring in that place. Yes and no. The money spent you see in this video, is money that was once in possession of someone who might have needed it more. It's those people their own fault, but either we need to accept that loads of cash can be made, but then we need to stop seeing videos about 'the elite' really coming after you. I mean, I watch the Young Turks and many other podcasts/video's, they warn us of the Legacy Media, Main Stream Media or whatever term to withhold certain stories because it's not in line with their agenda. So, that would mean they (The YOung Turks) would themselves report on a story over and over when that story is shown to lose subscribers, advertisers telling they don't want their product around that episode....now what happens? You think they'd ruin all they worked for to keep telling people the actual truth? No, they would do what everyone does, go onto the next story, They are mainstream themselves, they have employees to pay. They can't be principle and then have to report a giant loss in revenue. It would still mean they try to at least somewhat report differently, but let's be honest, half of the videos (on both sides) is just showing clips of eachother, but then tell how wrong they are. While giving attention, name recognition to the person they want to stop. Here's CHarlie Kirk saying this and that, here's Ben Shapiro claiming this and that, here's Joe Rogan saying awful things this and that. Ow, look what stupid claim Tim Poole made, let's watch his clip! Inadvertently giving these people extra traffic later on by people wanting to see more of them for whatever reason (like their message, hate their message, just want to keep up with what the other side is talking about right now etc) Then in return Tim Poole will post a rant video of Ana Kasperian. People seeing her for the first time then go search for her videos. Noone of the so claimed news pundits is bringing just boring facts like AP does. That's a losing business. They benefit with controversies. David Pakman loves the soundclip of Alex Jones talking about his Bonus Show. He's using the same guy he's disgusted by for profiting off of dead children after that shooting. Making the parents life a living hell (more than it already was), but let's keep that clip in to promote his own show. Im fine with that, but people should stop pretend some only do it out of some love to teach, inform or help people. Look at all these foundations and services there are to help poor people. They rely on people keeping to be poor (not the same people, but the amount of people) to not make it OR a money losing non profit, OR to profit from it. They benefit by people staying in that economic position for as long as possible. To end it: I really love David too, it's seriously a great show and most of what he did (or will do) is something I'm interested in. But you got to keep thinking like the devils advocate every now and then.

Beautiful house man. Only ever once been in something similar. You made your dream come true. One minor suggestion from a guy who does a lot of house renovation and design work... Get someone to move that bathtub water feature slightly so it lands at the sloped edge of the bathtub instead and it would mitigate the massive amount of splashing everywhere. Unless you like the splashing of course. Either way, it's a masterpiece. Congratulations man. You've had a positive effect on my life and I assume many others as well. Keep going and raising the stakes man.

This MTV cribs video should inspire everyone. Seeing this and knowing your background (fleeing Iran, being a refugee in Germany, and then coming here in 1989 at the age of 11) leaves no excuses about where anyone came from. It’s about where you want to go. We live in a country where ANYONE has the opportunity to be what they want to be. Yes, some have to work harder than others to get to that point, and some inherit a family business, and have it already laid out for them. But those who earn it, will appreciate their life and the things they have more than those who’ve had it handed to them. And if the truth be told, I bet you appreciate being in the land of the free, more than I do. I probably take it more for granted, being I was born here and didn’t have the struggle you had to get here. I guess that explains the level of respect I have for you. Beautiful home by the way.
