Best kept secret in east Texas is New Chapel Hill… Easiest traffic into & out of Tyler… small population, good schools… 4 miles from the loop… we are moving 6.6 miles further out on FM 850 in Arp, TX… Small Town living, but close enough to Tyler…

We live in Bullard in Windsor Estates. Love Bullard and the proximity to Tyler. Great place to live while still being able to enjoy the nearby amenities of Tyler.

Great video! I'm partial to Lindale but love and enjoy all of these suburbs!

I agree! And yes, Lindale is awesome!

I agree for the most part. Most of the “suburbs “ are already considered tyler as it expands. You wouldn’t know you were in flint, noonday, swan, Gresham . Bulllard . Chapel hill , lindale, and whitehouse will soon be part of the East Texas metroplex. One day

Great video! My family and I are thinking of moving to the area when I retire from the Air Force. I'd love to see a video on jogging and hiking trails in/near Tyler if you're able. Thanks!

The main hiking area is Tyler State Park. It has several miles worth of trails through the woods,

I’m watching your blog and listening to your accent, I was born and raised in Texas and clearly you are not from Texas. From what I can gather, you are a realtor in the Tyler, Texas area, how you became a realtor in Texas I will never understand. Looking at you wearing your hat backwards. I don’t think you even know which way you’re going I believe that you are the last person people should be taking advice from.

Deliberately mispronouncing the name of a city really shows alot of respect to its native residents...very classy move

Which city am I mispronouncing?? 🧐
@silentsir2446 Жыл бұрын
@@livingintylertexas the one you said "I know Im mispronouncing this town's name, but..." in your video here. But if its not important enough for you to bother pronouncing correctly, then nevermind I suppose.

@@livingintylertexas you said that a few videos ago when you mispronounced it then too lol
@lindseybeck8173 Жыл бұрын
@silent sir, technically…he isn’t mispronouncing it. He simply is pronouncing it in his accent, and not as a East Texan. I hear it pronounced a lot like that if they aren’t from around here. Also see/ hear it in how we pronounce a lot of our streets such as fleishel, and Beckham. Lack of respect for natives is definitely not the case here. Just different accents. In my best ET accent. Bless your heart hun.

Thanks for letting me know that my neighborhood is apparently not one of the better parts of Tyler according to your reviews.Thanks. I had to move here because of an illness in my family from Southern California where the weather is 100% better. Tyler is a pretty place, but it is in right-wing, fascist Texas.
